Tonight - bbq beef sandwiches with mashed potatoes
Saturday - leftover bbq beef and veggies
Sunday - picnic in NJ for a friend's birthday/cast reunion
Monday - cottage pie (like shepherd's pie, just with ground beef instead of lamb)
Tuesday - crockpot chicken cacciatore with veggies
Wednesday - rehearsal night - dinner in the car on the way
Thursday - sausage and potatoes with vegetables
Not a lot of really healthy meals, but nothing truly "junky" either!
